James Grier is a proud Devon native and now serves as the Bishop of Plymouth—a role he still finds remarkable. Ordained for over half his life, he and his wife, Liz, have ministered in diverse settings, from large urban churches to small rural ones, even pioneering a church to reach young people with little or no faith background. Liz Grier is an author, scientist, harpist, and theologian. Her previous book, Beginning Unlimited (Instant Apostle, 2018), explores faith and discipleship. When she’s not deep in thought, she’s likely out sea swimming. Liz also teaches at St Mellitus College.
