Ticketing terms

Details are correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to change programmes and contributors if circumstances dictate.

Ticket orders will be processed in order of receipt.

All ticket prices include VAT. Books are not vatable.

Tickets cannot be accepted for refund, exchange or resale.

NOTE: The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of St Andrews Literature Festival the face value of the ticket is refundable.

E-Tickets will be sent within 2-3 weeks of the event and are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. .

Audio recorders, cameras and mobile phones may not be used in the venues.

Any person attending a St Andrews Literature Festival event consents to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience in such instances whereby recording and filming occurs.

St Andrews Literature Festival Children’s Events
An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16. St Andrews Literaure Festival cannot be responsible for children who are unattended. All age recommendations are a suggested guidelines.

Other Product Returns

Return or exchange of non-ticket products

We hope that you will be happy with the books and any other item that you have bought from St Andrews Lirterature Festival and our physical shop St Andrews Bookshop. In the event that you are unsatisfied, please return them in the condition you received them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

We are unable to offer freepost on returns. If you wish to send some items back for exchange or refund, you will have to pay for the postage yourself. We will however send the exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage.

How to return or exchange an item

When you return your parcel, please include a note to tell us why you are returning your goods and whether you wish to exchange them for a replacement or another product, so we can quickly put things right.

Please also include your name and address, a contact email or phone number and a copy of your customer receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting at the Post Office when you send your goods back.
